Typically, this individual will have significant experience in the U.S market place, can relate well with the U.S client and understands how to work with all key stakeholders. This unique model will eliminate typical pain points that are a part of the standard offshore consulting environment.

Hybrid Management:
It’s our team, not just the ‘Canvas’ team – the project team will comprise of both the clients personnel along with Canvas personnel. The project deliverables will contractually have joint ownership & will be jointly managed to secure the client’s best interest.

Hybrid Support:
To fulfill on going project support requirements, our resources become the client resources. Canvas will train them, set the process & ensure smooth operations. Once initial processes is setup the client has the option of bringing the offshore resources under their organization’s umbrella, While continuing to use Canvas facilities and infrastructure. This is a very cost-effective method of setting up and managing an offshore arm.
